Active Fitness Timetable

We are very excited about the new Active Fitness Timetable which is starting next week. If you have missed the classes over the break don’t worry all your old favourites are back with a few new classes. For the first time we have Zumba classes now on Wednesdays. We also have a new Workout of the Day class and Active 24 classes. For the first time ever we now have Saturday classes so theres always an Active Class to suit your needs.

The Galway Twirl 2017

The GalwayTwirl 2017 in aid of Pieta House & Rosedale Special Needs School is taking place in the Galway Bay Hotel on May 5th, tickets are now on sale.
The legal professional is well represented on the night, with some familiar faces from the world of blogging and modelling too. On the night there will be a champagne reception, spectacular dance performances from the couples and Teresa Mannion with her partner from Dancing with the Stars Ireland, followed by music by Oddity & Disco with Special Guests judeges include Tracy Piggot, Miriam O Callaghan and Jim Corr.

Galway V Tipperary

Galway will play Tipperary in the Allianz Hurling League Roinn 1 Final on Sunday April 23rd at 3:30pm in the Gaelic Grounds Limerick. Galway eased past Limerick in the semi final on Sunday last. Tipperary are aiming for their first league crown since 2009, while Galway last lifted the title in 2010.

The counties met in the All-Ireland semi-final in each of the last two years, with Galway prevailing by a point in 2015 and Tipperary sneaking through by the same margin last August. Lets hope Galway can continue their fine run of form to
