New Barista Bar
Our new Barista Bar in the hotel lobby is now open
As part of our recent redesign and reconfiguration of the ground floor, we have added a Barista Bar to our hotel lobby. Upon arrival through our doors, you are now greeted with a smile from expertly trained barista team.
We recognised the evolving expectations of our guests and our new Barista Bar is open from 7am during the week and from 8.30am at weekends, serving a range of specialty coffees, gourmet sandwiches and freshly baked goods.t.
Great Coffee served all day
Our speciality coffee ‘Eighty9’ – from JJ Darboven, a small batch coffee roaster from Dun Laoghaire, is the perfect blend - full-bodied, round & spicy, with a light sweetness to suit all tastes. Their zero waste policy ties in with our green initiatives in the hotel, with all deliveries coming in reusable tins that allow for the freshest of coffee and zero packing waste.
Free Wi-fi and Stylisdh Surroundings
Our adjacent library area incorporates clever design features with additional power points, Free Wi-Fi and USB charging points. Sink into the comfortable and stylish sofas, elegant but not too formal to allow you mix work and leisure in a relaxed environment. Savour a great cup of coffee along with a range of gourmet sandwiches, light bites, scones and home baked sweet treats, freshly baked each day from our in-house pastry chef.
It’s a great place for morning coffee, when it’s flooded with natural light through the front facing, floor to ceiling windows. Or in the evening, snuggle up by the fireplace, our library is the perfect hideaway to relax and unwind with a book or to chill out after a busy day.
