How do I book using a voucher?

I’m booking for someone else. How do I pay for their stay?
If you are paying with a company card, please email reservations2@theconnacht.ie or call +353 91 381200 (press 1 for reservations). We will arrange secure payment via a link. Please note, we do not accept payments over the phone.
Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
Yes, a credit or debit card is required to guarantee your booking. Your card will not be charged until arrival unless a security deposit is required (for group bookings).
What is The Connacht Hotel’s cancellation policy?
- Standard bookings: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.
- Race Week & apartment bookings: 7-day cancellation policy.
- Third-party bookings: Please check the policy on the booking website.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: From 3:30 PM onward.
Check-out: By 11:30 AM.
Early check-in (11 AM – 3:30 PM) and late check-out (until 2 PM) are available for €25.00, subject to availability. Call +353 91 381200 for details.
Is ID required at check-in?
Yes, a passport or driver’s license is required and must match the reservation name. Under 18s cannot stay alone and must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Can I leave my luggage at reception before check-in?
Yes, we offer complimentary luggage storage if you arrive before 3:30 PM.

Group Bookings & Deposits
How do I book for a large group (hen/stag party, sports club, etc.)?
Group bookings have different rates and policies. Contact our reservations team at +353 91 381200 or email reservations6@theconnacht.ie.
What is the security deposit for group bookings?
For groups of 3 rooms or more, we require:
- A €25.00 per person deposit (max €400), collected 3 days before arrival.
- Payment via pre-authorised credit card or debit card.
- Deposits must be collected as a single payment by the group organiser.
Dining & Leisure
What are the restaurant hours?
Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Dinner: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Pizza available: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Do all guests have access to the leisure centre?
Yes! Guests can enjoy Active 24 Fitness & Leisure Club, including:

Pool Rules:
- Under 11s: Must be accompanied by an adult.
- Ages 12-16: Can swim unaccompanied.
