For cancellation of your entire group booking, please notify us no later than:

 Rooms Booked Notification Period Required
 3-5 Rooms 10 days prior to arrival
 6-10 Rooms 14 days prior to arrival
 11 Rooms or More 21 Days prior to arrival

The penalty for group cancellations after the above notification periods will be a cancellation charge of 20% of the total cost of your group booking at time of cancellation being charged to your credit card.

Please kindly advise of any individual amendments or cancellations (maximum 20% of total reserved rooms) no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time or failure to arrive would result in a fee equal to 100 % of the first night’s rate per room reserved being charged to your credit card.

Full payment for the group, along with the security deposit, and rooming list,  is due 10 days prior to arrival. Our reservations team will contact you 10 days before your check in date to make these arrangements.

We would also like to draw your attention to the following hotel policy. Please inform your entire group with regards to the information below: 

A security deposit of €25 per person, up to a maximum of €400 will be required for all group bookings of 3 rooms or more. Please note this is in addition to the bedroom costs. This security deposit is required 10 days prior to arrival along with full payment for the group. Please note the security deposit will be retained by the hotel in the event of the following:


  • Any member of your party causing any damages to hotel property or other hotel residents property.
  • Any member of your party causing any disturbance/noise issues to other residents.
  • Any other issues arising from your party’s stay with us which are deemed applicable by the Manager on duty.
  • No alcohol is to be consumed on the premises unless purchased from the hotel. This includes guest rooms and apartments.
  • Display of sexual paraphernalia, including items of fancy dress, is not permitted in any of the public areas including reception, bar, restaurant and lobby.
  • Check out is 11.30am.  Late check out up to 2pm can be added for €25 per room. This must be arranged with the reception team.

If no such issues arise, the security deposits will be refunded in full on check out or Monday if it was a credit card payment. Please speak to the manager on duty regarding this requirement on your arrival to the hotel. It is your responsibility as group organiser to inform the other members of your party of our hotel policies above.
