Fever Pitch Music Festival

Galway Airport is set to play host to a two-day music festival, Gavin James, Hudson Taylor, The Stunning, Aslan, Hermitage Green and The Waterboys. The two-day event takes place over the June Bank Holiday weekend. There’ll be a big main stage and then a marquee, the event will also feature a food village, comedy tent and silent disco, as well as a full bar, and it will run from 2pm to 11pm each day.

Bia Lover Food Festival - Athenry Castle

June 22, 2019

The annual Bia Lover Festival of Food & Drink takes place June 22nd and 23rd 2019 in the centre of Athenry, beside the Clarin River and with the beautifully restored Athenry Castle as a backdrop.

Cookery demonstrations featuring local produce and cook-off competitions will add to the experience. With live music, arts trails, face-painting, balloon artists, stilt-walkers and more, there will be something to entertain young and old.

Féile Peile na nÓg 2019

The John West Féile na nGael and Féile Peile na nÓg tournaments are club festivals for Hurling, Football, Camogie, Rounders and Handball at Under 14 years of age level involving visiting teams from across the Association both nationwide and overseas - thousands of children take part in competitions to qualify for the Féile finals which take place every summer for Hurling, Football, Camogie, Rounders and Handball at Under 14 years of age level.

In 2019 Féile Peile na nÓg is being hosted by Connacht, while Féile na nGael is being hosted by Corcaigh. 

Friday 28th June, Saturday 29th June, Sunday 30th June in the province of Connacht with all counties
involved in Under 14 boys football and LGFA.
