With a major exhibition of over 100 cartoons, taking in the current pandemic from every possible angle, The New Normal will be on view at The 2020 Hub premises in the Cornstore on Middle Street, alongside Tarraing é I nGaeilge – an exhibition of cartoons in the Irish Language.
A touch of Grace
2 October - 9 October 2020
Just around the corner, Charlie Byrne’s Bookshop will be showing our tribute to cartoonist, activist and muse Grace Gifford Plunkett – a tale of romance, death, patriotism, history and cartoons. Local poet, writer and musician Gerry Hanberry will be giving a reading about Grace and may possibly be induced to sing a song!

We will be bringing a bit of colour and humour to the streets of Galway with our Cartoon Art Trail in various premises throughout the streets of the city. A detailed map of the trail will be included in our programme, available soon.
