Kick off the St. Brigid’s Bank Holiday with the Galway Women’s Mini Marathon on Monday, February 3, in Craughwell, just 20 minutes from Galway City.
This women-only 10km event, organized by Craughwell Athletic Club, follows the scenic “Classic” Craughwell 10 Route, passing Europe’s largest Turlough, a stunning natural feature. Starting at 10:30am, participants can run, jog, or walk while supporting local sports facilities, with proceeds funding youth and women’s sports.
