"Hi Laura, I just wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you. The party was a great success, and that was in no small part thanks to you, your team, and of course, the wonderful venue. The venue was 10 out of 10. absolutely beautiful, and we’re so delighted we chose it. Thank you also for trusting us to make changes to the layout on the day and allowing us to include the dance floor. It really made the party! Our parents were genuinely surprised and overjoyed. All of our guests, including them, had a fantastic time. The food was delicious and plentiful, which everyone appreciated, and your staff were fantastic throughout. The bar staff were both friendly and efficient, and the clean-up after the meal was incredibly well-handled. It was also lovely to see David, the manager, come in to wish our parents well and even lend a hand with the tidy-up, such a thoughtful gesture. The team overall were so personable and attentive, and I know Paul interacted with quite a few staff members on the day and evening, as he was the main point of contact, he’d have more specific names, but I just want to make a special mention of Mia. She really stood out for us: nothing was too much trouble, she was cheerful and proactive, and her positive attitude made a big impression. She went above and beyond and was simply exceptional.
