Racing for Rosabel is Back!
This year, we are delighted to once again support the incredible cause that is Rosabel's Rooms with their annual event - Racing for Rosabel.
The hugely popular Racing for Rosabel event has helped to raise awareness and finance for Rosabel’s Rooms - in partnership with the Irish Hospice Foundation - ever since it was set up. Now in its sixth year, it’s anticipated that lots of people will turn out in support once again – and it promises to be a fantastic event full of important awareness, fashion, racing tips, and fun.

Racing for Rosabel 2024
Get ready for another thrilling Racing for Rosabel event at The Connacht Hotel!
Racing for Rosabel will take place on Monday July 29th, and a ticket includes:
- Aperol Spritz garden party on arrival from 12 pm - with music entertainment
- A delicious three-course luncheon
- Tipster fun
- Fashion Advice with Gráinne Seoige, Gillian Duggan, and Fiona Morgan Coleman
- €6,500 worth of prizes for Best Dressed Lady, Best Dressed Gent & Best Headpiece
- Transport to, and entry into, Ballybrit Racecourse

About
The event is to raise money for Rosabel’s Rooms a cause established by parents Suzanne McClean and Gary Monroe in memory of their beloved daughter Rosabel who died suddenly and unexpectedly in April 2017, aged only sixteen months.
Rosabel’s Rooms is a family-focused bereavement support group with suites in hospitals around Ireland designed and developed in collaboration with the Design & Dignity project at the Irish Hospice Foundation.
Rosabel’s Rooms will also provide therapeutic and financial supports for individuals impacted by child loss. The Room-to-heal fund will provide direct financial support for families in the aftermath of child loss, assisting families to take time off work, pay for the funeral costs, and more.
