Driving Directions from Dublin Airport
From Dublin take the M4/M6 signposted Sligo/Westport/Galway.
- At junction 11 and Take M6 for Galway.
- Arrive at the end of M6 motorway/Coolagh roundabout, take the 1st exit (left).
- Arrive at the Martin roundabout and take the 3rd exit (signposted Galway East, Merlin Park, Renmore).
- Arrive at Skerrit roundabout (at ATU (formerly GMIT)); take the 2nd exit, straight on - onto the Dublin Road (signposted City Centre).
- Continue straight and go through 2 sets of traffic lights.
- The Connacht Hotel is on your right.

- At 1st roundabout follow signs for M18 Galway.
- Follow signposts for Galway, Ennis M18.

Ireland West Airport, Knock is aprox 86km from Galway City and 1 hour 15 minutes driving time.
Turn right (signposted Galway / N17).
- Follow the N17 via Ballindine, Milltown, Tuam and Claregalway.
- Continue on the N17.
- Arrive at Bothar na Treabh junction, continue straight (signposted City Centre).
- Proceed to the Joyce roundabout (after Travellodge Hotel on your left) and take the 1st exit (signposted Dublin/Limerick).
