A fascinating look at the music scene in Ireland from 1977 to 1982 is the focus of This is the Modern World, an absorbing exhibition that is a must-see for music-lovers. It uses live music posters that promoted gigs in Galway over the five years as a window into the social and cultural upheaval that the country was going through at the time. A revealing and explorative exhibition, it will also invite visitors to share their memories of that era by writing in the visitors’ comments book.
