The annual forum of the Franco-Irish network on culinary arts, hospitality and tourism will take place from 6th to 9th April 2022 at the Atlantic Technological University, Galway.

The forum will be launched with the Dairy competition, where French-Irish student teams will compete for the first place! Many Key note sessions and workshops will take place during the forum with French and Irish speakers from the hospitality, tourism and catering sector and institutions.
