Easter Sunday Lunch at the Connacht

EASTER SUNDAY LUNCH WITH KIDS ENTERTAINMENT

Our 'Friendly Fellows' Team have arranged for in-room entertainment and activities for all the children for the afternoon. Colouring in, face painting and lots more will keep the young members of the family entertained. As it’s another big day in the Premier League title race those with a passion for the beautiful game will also be entertained with all the top live sport being shown in Bar Solo on Easter Sunday also.

Food wise we have a fantastic selection available as always, our homemade soup of the day with Guinness brown bread always goes down a treat as does the Classic Caesar Salad and Smoked Salmon Roulade. Other favourites on the menu include Brie rolled in Seasame and Panko bread crumb and our tasty Roast Beetroot and Goats Cheese Salad. For the main course the choices are equally mouth-watering. We have Roast Angus Beef, a Cajun Chicken Penne Pasta, Pan Seared fillet of Cod, Braised Lamb Rump and a delightful Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli. Even though you’ll be tucking into plenty of Easter Eggs this Sunday we still have a tasty selection of sweet treats including, Apple Pie, Choclate Fondant and Meringue nest with Fruit Salad
