TONNTA 24
February 1-4
Tonnta is the latest Irish language festival which is set to run from February 1st to February 4th. There promises to be a whole host of music, dance, and other artistry taking place across Galway City for these few days, meaning there’s sure to be something for everyone. So, if you’d like to take in a show or a public performance, you can easily do so – and you’ll be able to practice your spoken Irish along the way, too.
KINKY BOOTS: THE MUSICAL

GALWAY UNITED VS. ST. PATRICK'S ATHLETIC

Galway United were far and away the best team in the League of Ireland First Division last season, and there are high hopes that The Tribesmen can perform to a high standard in the 2024 Premier Division. John Caulfield’s side face a tough opening home fixture when they welcome St. Patrick’s Athletic to Eamonn Deacy Park, and it’s expected to be a hard-fought game between two very competitive sides.
