Here at The Connacht Hotel we have launched our new Sunday Lunch Carvery menu. Head Chef Eddy Guegano prides himself on using locally sourced and seasonal products. You can try the succulent Traditional Sunday Roast of the Day with all the trimmings or his Catch of the day. For starters you can enjoy the soup of the day or the amazing Galway Bay Creamy Seafood Chowder, with our fantastic homemade Guinness brown bread. The beef lasagne is always a treat and vegetarians are well looked after with the Madras Vegetarian Curry. We also offer a cold meats and salmon platter which is accompanied with potato salad, pasta, salad leaves and house dressing. Each dish is filled with a variety of bold and delicious flavours, our Sunday lunch menu is sure to delight your unique tastes.
We hope to help create new family traditions each Sunday from 12:30pm - 4:30pm, with kids' entertainment provided every Sunday. Our Friendly Fellows team are on hand every week to entertain the younger diners. Young children can join the Friendly Fellows for face-painting, colouring and plenty of fun games and activities, so the whole family can enjoy the afternoon.
