FOR THE ORGANIZERS: When you make a group booking with us you really only have two things to do. 
1. Book a package for your group.
2. Add the names and email address of all the people you wish to invite then sit back and let us do everything else for you.

    What our GROUP booking system will do for you?

    We will create a Group Account for you automatically and send you administrative level access so you can monitor the payment status of your group.

  •  

    No need to contact your group

    You will not need to spend time contacting everyone as we will send out individual invitations and login details to each of your invites where they can go to view details of the group’s itinerary so you don’t have to contact everyone to tell them.

  •  

    GROUP ACCOUNT

    Your Group Account will automatically send out reminder messages to your invitees reminding them to make payments in time so you do not have to worry about chasing after invitees.

  •  

    NO MORE COLLECTING PAYMENT

    You will not have to worry about arranging to collect money from anyone as all of your invitees can easily pay for their share of the accommodation online at anytime and anywhere they have an online connection (excludes security deposit).

    ROOM ALLOCATION

    Your Group Account can also help you organize bedroom allocations with its integrated room list generator. This will allow the hotel know who will be sharing rooms with who before arrival.

FOR THE INVITEES: When you are invited to join a group booking at The Connacht Hotel you really only have one thing to do. Login to your group account and view the package(s) that has been booked by the group organiser. Choose the package and make payment via the secure payment system. You will receive confirmation of your payment and see your PAID status online. That’s all there is to it.

    You will not have to arrange to hand over your money to a group organiser or make a visit to the bank.

    You do not have to worry about forgetting the date to make payment. You will receive reminders about important dates.

  •  

    invitee participation

    You will know who is invited and has decided to attend. The group system can allow invitees to see who is going to a group event if option is selected by the organiser.

 

PLEASE NOTE

  • Final numbers and payments need to be made 14 days in advance of the group arriving.
  • Any rooms cancelled after this date will not be refunded.
  • There is a 2.5% credit card fee.
  • The group also need to pay a security deposit on arrival which is fully refunded upon departure once there has been no issues during your stay.  This is €25 per person which must be in one sum on arrival.
